    • Beau, 1129A State Street Santa Barbara, CA, 93101

Beau is a storytelling bar and curated shop tucked into Santa Barbara’s vibrant downtown- a bar that sells things, and a shop that happens to pour drinks. Designed as both gathering place and retail experience, Beau blends thoughtfully selected wines and craft beers with a collection of well-made goods, vintage finds, journals, and cigars meant to be taken home and enjoyed later. The space invites guests to linger, whether seated at the bar with a glass in hand or browsing shelves layered with objects that spark conversation.

More than a traditional bar, Beau is built around story. Each detail, from the drink selections to the merchandise, reflects a distinctive Beau style: masculine yet refined, warm, collected, and quietly intriguing. It’s a place to meet new friends, share ideas, enjoy a cigar at the right moment, and discover something unexpected, all in an atmosphere that feels both intimate and welcoming.

    • Buena Vista Trailhead

    Buena Vista Loop Trail

    No Hike if Raining

This hike begins at the Buena Vista trailhead on Park Lane, goes to the end of the Buena Vista trail, then goes west/left at a split to a little uphill connector to meet the Romero Catway, it then goes west downhill on the Romero Catway, goes south along the lower part of the San Ysidro trail, then goes east on the Old Pueblo trail to end near the start point on Park Lane.

Total distance is ~3.2 miles, total elevation gain 850ft.  This is a moderate-rated hike.  There is one downhill section where poles are recommended for those who feel they need them.

This is a scenic loop hike with views of beautiful homes, ocean, canyons, valleys and creeks.  This is a shorter hike than normal so we can stop again for coffee and croissants at Pierre LaFond in Montecito afterwards if you'd like.

This hike is quite exposed - bring lots of water!

    Trailhead Google Maps
