Come join us for a walk on the Ellwood Bluffs in Goleta. We will amble on a mostly flat lollipop/loop route, about 2.5 miles in length, that emphasizes the bluff overlooking the ocean.   The ocean and beach views are spectacular.  While we plan to stay on top of the bluff, because we expect to be near low tide, some Amblers might choose to take a moderately-steep path down to the beach and walk there for a while before returning up to rejoin the main group.

There’s no need to register; just show up. Bring water and sunblock.

Meet at the Ellwood Mesa Open Space and Sperling Preserve parking lot at 7729 Hollister, Goleta, directly across from Ellwood School.  As usual, we will follow the amble with coffee, tea and treats at a nearby location.
