Opened in Feb 2016, it is located one block from the beach inside the Funk Zone of Santa Barbara, CA. Brass Bear Brewing serves high quality craft beer (including their own), wine, sparkling and cider. The food menu consists of charcuterie boards, meat/vegetable plates and hot toasted sandwiches sourced from Santa Barbara and surrounding counties. www.brassbearbrewing.com
Parking and Directions There is some street parking on Anacapa Street but you will be better off parking in the City lot called Garden Street Lot, The Garden St. Lot is right behind the Visitor's Center [address: One Garden Street] at the corner of Garden and E. Cabrillo Blvd. Go to the back of the lot and you should see the Newcomer's sign and entrance to Brass Bear Brewing, brown bungalow, right off the lot. If you enter from Anacapa Street, look for Newcomers sign. You will need to walk along the right side of the building past other venues (DV8 Wine Tasting) to reach Brass Bear Brewing.
