This week's ride takes us down the coast to Carpinteria to the Lucky Llama Coffee Shop. There are two starting points (Shoreline Park 9:00AM or the Andree Clark Bird Refuge 9:15AM) and depending on your desire to add a few miles and enjoy the Gobernador loop, you can ride 19, 28 or 35 miles.The ride has a total ascent of 1371 ft and has a maximum elevation of 546 ft. Check out the Ride Map!

The goal of the Cycling Committee is to hold weekly social meetup rides that are open to cyclists of all levels and abilities. Our rides are typically designed to have multiple start points and route segments and a destination that will allow us to relax and chat with our fellow Newcomers and guests after the ride. These rides are 'No Drop', so no riders will be left behind. Whether you are a beginning rider or a Tour de France champion come out and join us as there will usually be something for everyone.

Helmets required! Bring lots of water. Ride Cancelled if raining.
