Flor de Maiz celebrates the innovative cuisine of Oaxaca, a region in Mexico with a centuries-old legacy as a center of Mexican culinary culture, and whose cuisine is internationally renowned. Flor de Maiz features an open kitchen where guests can watch fresh tortillas being made, alongside a lively bar that opens onto prime patio seating with views of Stearns Wharf, the Harbor and the beautiful Santa Barbara coastline.
