Small Batch Basics with Pumpkins

As we transition our vegetable gardens from summer to fall, it’s time to learn the basics on how to preserve seasonal produce.

Pumpkin will be the focus in this demonstration class conducted at Heritage Goods and Supply, a cool new store in Carpinteria.

Everyone will walk away with lots of food preservation knowledge, a custom labeled jar of pumpkin butter or pickled pumpkin.

You will also be emailed a booklet with everything mapped out in detail to help you begin canning and pickling on your own!
