The goal of the Cycling Committee is to hold weekly social meetup rides that are open to cyclists of all levels and abilities. Our rides are typically designed to have multiple start points and route segments and a destination that will allow us to relax and chat with our fellow Newcomers and guests after the ride. These rides are 'No Drop', so no riders will be left behind. Whether you are a beginning rider or a Tour de France champion come out and join us as there will usually be something for everyone. Yes, I am Riding!

This week's ride takes us out Cathedral Oaks Road to the beautiful Sandpiper Golf course. There are two starting points (Shoreline Park at 8:15AM or the Tucker's Grove Park at 9:00AM) with our return out to Coal Oil Point and then through UCSB to the Obern  and the Maria Ygnacio Trails, which provides rides of 23 or 38 miles.  

The Tucker's Grove start is at 9:00AM and has a total ascent of 663 ft and has a maximum elevation of 256 ft. Check out the Ride Map!

The Shoreline start is at 8:15AM and has a total ascent of 1635 ft and has a maximum elevation of 391 ft. Check out the Ride Map!

Helmets required! Bring lots of water. Ride Cancelled if raining.
