Let's Look at the Activity That Occupies One-third of Our Lives

Are you getting enough sleep?  Feeling sleepy mid-day?  From earthworms to dolphins to humans, everyone sleeps.  Yet humans alone - through alarms, shift work, and more - deliberately interrupt their own sleep cycles.  Join us for an afternoon of video and discussion about the alternate world we visit daily.  Program links will be sent in advance to registrants.  Don't just sleep on it.  Read.  Attend.  Participate.

We will be meeting in the auditorium on the second floor of the Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum.  One must climb a set of stairs to reach the venue.  The museum opens at 12:00 PM so feel free to come early and explore the museum exhibits.
