The Ride, Saturday  2/10, starts at Shoreline Park at 9:30 am, with a stop for a break at the Garden Market on Santa Claus Lane in Carpinteria. As always we will have more than one option:

Option 1: This option is approximately 22 miles round trip. We will travel along Cabrillo Blvd, past Butterfly Beach, along Jamison Lane and Via Real to Padaro Lane ending at the Garden Market. (This is an easy, scenic route with very little elevation gain.)

Option 2: This option adds about 8 miles and some hill climbing to our ride, as we add a small detour around the top of the Polo Club and a trek up to Mountain Road via Middle Road, Sycamore Canyon Road and Cold Springs Road. (This portion is moderate to difficult with a three mile elevation gain to 850 feet.)

The parking area for Shoreline Park is near Shoreline Drive and La Marina. There should be plenty of parking.

Helmets required.  Have plenty of water with you. Rain postpones.
