Now in its 10th year, Santa Barbara Revels 2017 production commemorates the visit of the ship "Alert" to Santa Barbara in January 1836, at which time Richard Henry Dana was entertained by the De la Guerra family during the wedding festivities for their daughter Anita.  Enjoy music, fandango, and traditions from the sea, the missions, and the Alta California Rancho period of the mid-1830s.
