Blind Wine Task

Friday June 9 at 7 PM

Title: All Things French, Blind Red Wine tasting: French wine vs New World wine, Friday, June 9, 2017 - 7 - 9pm

Required to bring one bottle of red wine per person ( $15 - $XX)

All Things French invite you to test your senses and wine tasting skills as we explore French (Old World) vs. New World (U.S., New Zealand, Australian, Chilean) red wines. Can you identify a French Burgundy from an Oregon Pinot Noir? Cote du Rhone from a Santa Barbara Syrah? Bordeaux from a Napa Cabernet? It can be confusing to decipher French wines since they focus on terroir vs. grape variety, but we will help unravel the mystery.

We will enjoy hearty appetizers, French cheese and dessert in this Newcomer home on the upper eastside of Santa Barbara. Prizes will be awarded in a couple of different categories!

Host will coordinate wine choices with guests.
