Join Girls Night Out for an Herb Walk with Lanny Kaufer in beautiful Ojai.  We'll learn about edible and medicinal plants and  those classified as “herbs” for their culinary and medicinal properties.

 We will arrive at the Taft Ranch for an Herb Walk on their Nature Preserve. Then we will enjoy a guided tour through the renowned South African and Australian drought-tolerant Botanical Gardens. Total walking distance will be less than 1 mile and will have a slight ascent and then descent.  The walk will start at 9 and end at about 12 noon. Our hosts, the Conservation Endowment Fund (CEF), have kindly allowed us to remain in this beautiful setting to eat whatever lunch we each brought with us or just relax and enjoy the surroundings.
