Chocolats du Cali Bressan
Saturday March 11 at 6 PM
"Beautiful chocolates... artistic with a touch of whimsy. The real joy comes when you bite into them ... I've never felt such smooth, velvety chocolate and then the flavor ... so delicate, just exquisite."
Don't miss out on the chance to hear the chocolatier discuss his marvelous creations!
Join us at Chocolates du CaliBressan where Luc Bonhomme from the Loire Valley, who is a wine importer, will pair French wines with the beautiful chocolates made by chocolatier Jean-Michel Carré. Together Luc and Jean Michel are a 'pairing" in itself with regard to their knowledge of French wine and chocolates.
