Join LES BONS VIVANTS and GIRLS NIGHT OUT in the lounge of the Belmond El Encanto for holiday afternoon tea with our special guest speaker ERIN GRAFFY who will be sharing her stories on Santa Barbara etiquette and idiosyncrasies.  
         

Known as the Herb Caen of Santa Barbara, Erin Graffy has written on the culture, history and personalities of our Santa Barbara community for more than 20 years .

 

She is the author of the popular “HOW TO SANTA BARBARA” books which have been best sellers since the very first volume ... (now in its seventh printing). Her history books — from waterfront history to our old Spanish days rancho period— have earned national book awards for regional history.

 

Erin's columns on Santa Barbara culture for the Santa Barbara Independent and Montecito Journal have chronicled the fascinating personalities and iconic events of the region Currently Erin Graffy is the society columnist for the Santa Barbara News Press, where her writing is eagerly anticipated every Sunday morning.
