Mah Jongg is played every Monday afternoon, 2:00 PM to 4:00PM at:

High Sierra Grill and Bar at 521 Firestone Road (off Hollister) in Goleta near the Santa Barbara Airport.

This is an ancient Chinese game played with Tiles.  We use the National Mah Jongg League rules. There is no need to register, just show up, in the side room of the restaurant. There is a $5.00 charge for each player for use of the room.

FOR TRAINING, please email mahjongg@sbnewcomers.org to register of our once a month training session. We can accommodate 8 members. This session will be on the third Monday of each month from 12:00 - 2:00 at High Sierra Grill. You may want to stay after and watch the playing action unfold. We are very open to new players, and if you have never even seen the game before, we will be happy to help you learn.

Stick around for happy hour which starts at 4:00 in the bar. Food and drinks are available at happy hour prices. We look forward to seeing you there!
