Entrance to Rocky Nook Park

No walk if it is raining. No need to register – just show up.

We will stroll through the beautiful oaks of Rocky Nook Park, cross the street to the equally beautiful oak forest around the Museum of Natural History, and return to the Rocky Nook picnic tables for refreshments and socializing. (Bring your own beverage and snack.)

No elevation gain. No rough terrain. No rush. Just nature, fun and conversation. Please join us.

Directions: Exit the 101 at Mission and drive toward the mountains. Three blocks past State, turn left on Garden, go two blocks and turn right on Los Olivos. Pass the Santa Barbara Mission on your left, staying in the left lane onto Mission Canyon Road. The entrance to Rocky Nook is on your right just after Mountain Drive. There is plenty of parking at Rocky Nook or across the street at the Museum (turn left on Las Encinas then left on Puesta del Sol).
