Join us on the 11th stop on the TGIF! Quest for the Best Happy Hour Odyssey Tour: a taste of wine country without leaving Santa Barbara at Carr Winery! Featuring artisanal wines, LIVE music and street tacos! Friday, January 22 from 5 to 7 pm.
Take a journey off the beaten path and join your Newcomer friends at the ever-exciting Carr Winery to experience the magic of wine country without leaving town! Located just east of downtown Santa Barbara, Carr Winery is well known for its artisanal fine wines, unparalleled Friday night gatherings and as THE place for locals to meet and begin their Friday night adventures.
Carr will be pouring their Wines on Tap especially for Newcomers including:
2014 Chardonnay: a beautiful expression of the varietal from Sta. Rita Hills
2104 Viognier: a classic Rhone-inspired white with an interesting SB twist
2014 El Guapo: a tremendous red table wine that surprises the palate with every tasting
2013 Il Padrino: a delectable Sangiovese blend that says Italy like nobody’s business
And. . .all at a very generous and special “Happy Hour’ price of…$6 per glass!
BUT WAIT…there’s more: Carr will feature LIVE music (the band Do No Harm) beginning at 6 pm for your dancing pleasure and the famous Si Senor food truck will be parked next door, offering the best street tacos in town. It doesn’t get much better than this on a Friday evening!
It all adds up to a tremendous time, so join us at Carr Winery this Friday to experience the wine-infused friendship, hospitality and all around good time of Newcomers as presented by TGIF!
Special Note: This TGIF! is highly recommended by Janet Booth…so you know it will be excellent!
