Validation Ale is a perennial favorite of SB Newcomers and the TGIF events. The owners love to host Newcomers and they are excited to host us at their new location - the Validation Ale Annex. One option guests can also explore at this location is trying a virtual golf bay. Come on out and enjoy some “validated” beverages.

TGIF events are a great way to start the weekend in a fun and relaxing setting. At TGIF you will make new friends, catch up with existing friends, and get to know the local restaurants and bars. With no registration required, the events are open to Newcomers and graduates, and attendees can bring a friend along. Come join us, Newbies!

This is a pay-as-you-go event. Please note that tips are not included in the price of food and drinks. Kindly tip your servers and bartenders when you order food and/or drinks. (SBNC recommends tipping 20% or more). We want to leave a positive impression in the Community at all times and consistent with the Club’s values treat everyone with respect.
