This week we visit The Mill, home to Potek Winery, Third Window Brewery and Wildwood Kitchen.

Third Window Brewing Company was opened by a group of good friends all dedicated to creating and sharing great beer. With a focus on showcasing the central coast's unique terroir, they try to use locally sourced ingredients in a lot of their beers.

Potek Winery is focused on a commitment to produce the best possible wines from Santa Barbara’s most exciting vineyards. Their winemaking is rooted in traditional techniques with a reverence for site, and a search for balance.

Wildwood Kitchen calls it West Coast Barbecue – “Regional BBQ That Doesn’t Stop at West Texas.” The Freshness of their produce in addition to their perfectly smoked meats have created something that is uniquely different from all the other BBQ regions in the country. In addition the carry a great selection of beers, wines and delightful cocktails.
